  Michaela from The Wharf is reaching out to share details about their 33rd Annual Holiday Boat Parade coming up on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 5:00–8:00 PM. The festive parade route will run from Hain's Point up the Washington Channel to the Market Docks at The Wharf.

  
  

  Boaters interested in joining the parade must register their vessels via Eventbrite here. Registration is FREE and closes on Tuesday, November 25, and is limited to the first 70 boats.

  
  

  Participants will be eligible for a variety of prizes, including a $1,000 award for Best in Parade! Other fun categories include Best Sailboat, Most Likely to Capsize, and even Best Visiting Marina—meaning our community has a chance to bring home a cash prize and trophy, too!

  
  

  After the parade, there will be a Captain’s After Party at The Anthem, featuring food, drinks, live music, and prize presentations emceed by Tommy McFly. Each registered boat will receive up to 8 complimentary tickets to the party. Additional tickets and reserved tables can be purchased during registration. Boaters who aren’t participating in the parade are also welcome to attend the party and can purchase tickets here.

  Get ready for another magical afternoon with Santa as he returns to MVYC Annual Children's Holiday Party to hand out small gifts and remind the kids to stay on the nice list for just four more weeks! 

  Here’s everything you need to know:

   Date: Sunday, December 14, 2025
   Time: 2:00–4:00 PM
   Kids Craft: 2:00–3:00 PM
   Santa’s Grand Arrival: Around 3:00 PM
